Private Label Rights (PLR) Terms & Conditions for Oracle Decks
Grant of License: The purchaser is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable PLR to use, modify, and brand the Oracle Decks within the bounds of these terms.
Permitted Uses: The purchaser may sell the branded Oracle Decks, use them as part of a paid service, or bundle them with other products. Customization for branding and modification of content is allowed.
Prohibited Uses: The purchaser may not resell or distribute the original (unbranded) Oracle Decks, claim original creation or copyright, or use the content in any illegal or defamatory manner.
Copyright and Ownership: The creator or original seller retains copyright of the Oracle Decks. The purchaser acquires the right to use and modify the content but does not gain copyright ownership.
Liability Limitation: The creator or seller of the Oracle Decks is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Decks.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of QLD Australia.
Amendment and Termination: These terms and conditions can be modified only by written agreement. The license may be terminated if the purchaser violates any terms.
